Cooking Delicious Flavorful Porkchops

Well, I wanted to share how I cook flavorful pieces of porkchops. Usually we cook them just with salt and pepper. My mom boils them first, marinating them in chopped garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper. They taste good too and now I've experimented on how to make my porkchops more flavorful like how expert chefs are doing on Cooking shows, hehe..

Of course do not forget to wash the porkchops before you dress them.

Ingredients for marinating/dressing:

Dried Basil Leaves
Oregano Powder
Pepper powder
Salt
Ajinomoto Umami Seasoning
Aji Shio Garlic Powder

Steps:

1. Add the ingredients altogether, you will estimate how much each pork chop slice needs, like 1/8 Tbsp for salt, pinch of pepper, basil and oregano powder, Ajinomoto and Ajishio garlic.

2. After adding the ingredients, mix it all up assuring that the seasonings are mixed up very well. Prepare you deep fry pan, heating it from high to low.

3. Fry the pork chops from high to low, high meaning heating the pan so it gets ready, then when you put the pork chops in, you set the fire to low.

Pretty sure you'll get your porkchops well done and not too hard, cover your pan on low fire.

Good luck on that!! Next time i'll include a video for my Cooking Adventures!
